Q: Is a PayPal account required to purchase?

A: No. Credit card payments are now accepted - processed through Authorize.net, the most trusted credit card processor on the internet.

Q: Can I return the camera strap if I don't like it?

A. Yes, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, send the camera strap (in new condition) back for a refund or exchange.

Q: What if the camera strap I like/want isn't in stock?

A: Just ask, chances are, I will be able to make another in just a couple of days.

Q: I saw a camera strap that I liked, but it's no longer listed, can I get one like that?

A: I don't keep all camera straps listed in the store, especially special orders, so if there was one you liked, let me know. I can make another as long as I still have the fabric on hand.

Q: Can you embroider my name or business name on the camera strap?

A: Yes I can. The personalization must be done before I put the camera strap together, so please contact me to get the process started. If I have your fabric choice in stock, it only takes a few days to get the camera strap ready.

Q: What do you need if I want my logo embroidered on my strap?

A: I will need your logo file and the names of any fonts used. Digitizing logos for machine embroidery is a tedious process, so extra time is required and there will be an additional fee. Price will depend on time required to digitize the logo. Please send a jpeg file - logo must fit within a 1.5" x 6" area.

Q: How strong is the webbing core in your camera strap?

A: The core webbing on the 2 inch straps is rated at 1000 lbs. tensile strength, and the1 1/2 inch strap is rated at 800 lbs. tensile strength. The 3/8 inch webbing on the ends is rated at 1000 lbs. tensile strength. The core webbing on the 1 inch straps is rated at 600 lbs. tensile strength.

Q: Can I get a longer camera strap?

A: Absolutely, just let me know what length you need.

Q: Do you make the entire strap, or do you add the decorative elements on a generic strap?

A: Each strap is made by me from the "ground up." I do not add to, or decorate generic straps.

Q: Can I get this design in a different color?

A: Some designs are available in other colors, so please ask.

Q: I like a particular 1.5" strap, can I get it in a 2" strap?

A: Yes. Any 1.5" strap pattern can be made into a 2" strap, but there will be a bit more black showing on each side. 2" wide patterns cannot be made into 1.5" straps.

Q: Can I get a camera strap with (your pattern/color request) on it?

A: Let me know what you want, and I'll search high and low to find it.

Q: How much is shipping?

U.S. Shipping - First Class Mail for each camera strap is $3.00. Priority Mail Flat Rate Small box is $6.00 and will hold three camera straps.

International Shipping - I ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, or Express Mail Flat Rate envelope - both will hold two camera straps at no additional cost. Most countries are $15.00 for Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, and $30.00 for Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope. I prefer Express Mail because it provides insurance, has much better tracking, and will arrive at your door much faster.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, but International Buyers please note: Your country may require additional fees such as import duties and taxes from you when you receive your order. I'm am aware of this but have no control over this. Please know ahead of time what is expected of you when you receive your order. Please do not ask me to mark your order as a gift. It is illegal to do so. Thank you for understanding.

Q: Where is my package? USPS has no record of it when I check the tracking number.

A: USPS calls these numbers "tracking numbers" when they are actually Delivery Confirmation numbers. The mail handlers sometimes scan the packages on pickup - sometimes they don't. Sometimes the packages are scanned at various locations during the shipping process, but not always. Some packages will not get scanned until delivered to your mail box.
