How to Order Personalized Camera Straps

Prices are as follows - per strap:
1.5" strap - $27.00
2" strap - $30.00
Personalization (lettering only) - $10 for one end or center, $20 for both ends
Logos - one time $40 setup fee, then $10 for each sew out
Extra Length - $10 (up to 60" long total), $20 (over 60" long total)
Shipping to US - $5.00 First Class, $7.00 Priority Mail ($3 for each additional strap)

Please have your logo finalized before sending to me. I do not create or recreate logos. Thanks for understanding.

  1. Do you want a solid color strap, or one of the many designs available?

  2. If a solid strap, I need to know which color. I keep many common colors in stock, and can get most others.

  3. I need to know the exact lettering you want. If text only, I need to know the font/fonts – free font's or common fonts only please, and send me a link to the free download, or send me the font file if I don't already have it.

  4. If this is a logo, it will need to be professionally digitized which is an additional $0 fee, and well worth the cost. A professionally digitized logo will stitch out beautifully and give a professional appearance to your gear. I will need a nice, sharp jpeg file of your logo, around 1MB in size. (If your logo is lettering only, and I can get the fonts, the logo setup fee will not be necessary.)

  5. Thread color(s).

  6. Placement on camera strap, one end, both ends, centered, or both ends and centered

    (For camera straps with a patterned fabric on top, I no longer embroider on top of the patterned fabric, except for the military camo fabrics, the lettering/logo will need be placed on the underside of the strap, or a solid color area of fabric on the end of the strap. If not specified in the original order, embroidery will be placed on the underside of the strap.) (see photo examples)

  7. If you want a longer camera strap, I need to know the exact length you want. (Be sure to add the extra length option to your cart when ordering!) Please use a measuring tape to get your exact measurement. The length you give me will be the maximum length, and your camera strap will be adjustable to about 12 inches shorter than the maximum length you give me. Adjustments are made with the 3/8” webbing on each end, and the wide, padded part of the camera strap is about 16 inches shorter than your total length. For example: if you want a 50 inch long camera strap, 50 inches will be your maximum length, and the padded part of the strap will be 34 inches long. (includes the vinyl ends) Your minimum length will be 34 inches long.

After I have all your details, I will send a stitch simulation for your approval before starting on your camera strap. Please check the stitch simulation for misspellings, etc.

After you approve the stitch simulation, I will send you a link for purchasing, and your camera strap will be added to my list, and I will start on it as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders.
